ARE YOU TIED TO SCHOOL HOLIDAYS?

If you are, then you will need one of our “special” shares. Well, actually these shares cost the same as any other, they just have “special” priority in the booking system in order that their owners can GUARANTEE to be able to make all of their advanced bookings in school holiday time every year. For this privilege, they pay a premium of 25% on their annual running costs (not on the share purchase).

Of course, if an owner who has this facility no longer needs it (maybe the children grow up or teacher parent retires...........) it can be relinquished. The premium is then no longer payable and the share returns to normal booking priority.

So you may guess that these shares are in high demand by those who need them. Hence, if YOU would like to buy one we need to treat you as a special customer from the outset! Although we MAY be able to suit you immediately, the worst case scenario is that we will add your name to a waiting list for the style of boat that you want, whether it be an existing boat or a new one. This is not the end of the world! Shares pop up for sale all the time, and we are building new boats at an accelerating rate year by year.
