ACCOMMODATION:

Accommodation is available at the hotel if you wish to stay overnight. For 2008 meeting dates, the rate for B&B is £31 per person per night, sharing a double or twin room or £35.00 for a single room. These prices have been specially negotiated for OwnerShips delegates. When booking, please identify yourself as an OwnerShips' delegate in order to take advantage of this facility. You must confirm your booking at least 14 days before your meeting date.

DIRECTIONS:
The hotel is actually a converted farmhouse that has expanded beyond recognition and now specialises in training courses and business conferences. All residential rooms have en suite facilities. The hotel seems rather incongruously positioned in a residential area, and may be found thus:-
Leave the M6 at junction 7, following signs for A34 BIRMINGHAM (and local signs for “Sandwell Valley Black Country”).
