After that, you may like to discuss one or more boats with us, and maybe arrange to view them. Ultimately, when you have decided on a particular share, we will ask
you for a holding deposit of £100.00 whilst we send you the relevant
Shared Ownership Agreement for you to consider. Please note that your
deposit is 50% refundable up until the point when we receive your completed
Agreement. The Agreement asks you to remit the purchase balance within 30 days
of the date of your signature. And then you're in (!) and we send you details
of the boat, your fellow owners, this year's bookings, etc., etc.
