services
The boatyard is operated by Walker services, which is owned by Michael and Helen Walker. Boatbuilding is carried out on the site, and a full range of services including repairs, engine servicing, pump-out, gas, diesel is available. There is a shop on site which sells general provisions, newspapers and chandlery. The shop is open 7 days a week, but with reduced hours during the winter.
The yard is on-line; and free car parking is conveniently adjacent to the wharf.
A valet service is provided (see below). Pump out charge is £18 per tank.
The pub adjacent to the boatyard, The Great Western Arms, is (at the time of writing) open for food all lunchtimes, and every evening except Sundays.
The nearby village of Deddington (2.5 miles) has a good selection of local shops, including a butcher, as well as a Co-op supermarket.
